Cancellation Policy

At Foodiego, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before the vendor accepts it, here’s our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order at any time before the vendor accepts it. Once the vendor accepts the order, it cannot be canceled, and our regular refund policy will apply.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, go to your order details in the app and select the cancellation option. You’ll receive a confirmation of your cancellation.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within the cancellation window, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Late Cancellation

If the vendor has already accepted your order, late cancellations cannot be processed, and you will be charged the full amount of your order.
