• We currently operate in “Chirala” If your location is not within these areas, please check the app for availability or contact our customer support.

• Foodiego aims to deliver your orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on factors like restaurant preparation, traffic conditions, and order volume. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
4. Delivery Charges:

• If a confirmed order is canceled after that a full amount cancellation fee may apply, which will vary based on the circumstances. The fee will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
3. Restaurant Confirmation:
• Once a restaurant confirms the order, it becomes non-cancellable. In this case, the full order amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds:
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed based on the payment method used. It may take up to 2 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.
5. Special Circumstances:
• In special circumstances, such as restaurant closure, excessive delays, or other issues beyond your control, we will review and handle cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
